HR Associate - payroll and benefitE&L Faster Food Imports Inc.

The Benefits Associate is also responsible for assisting the Payroll and Benefits Specialist in SSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG - liaising with these government agencies to ensure the company's compliance with statutory benefits.
Benefits Administration
Enrolls new hires to Group Life and Accident Insurance
Enrolls newly regularized employees and their dependents to HMO
Cancels resigned employees and updates MBL for promoted employees, if applicable
Reviews billings from the insurance providers and facilitates request for payment
Guides employees on the process of reimbursement for HMO
Handles claims for accident and life and communicates with the beneficiaries
Coordinates with our broker and/or insurance providers for any clarification or assistance needed
Goes to SSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG offices as necessary
Assists the Payroll Specialist in timekeeping when needed
Payroll Administration
Assists in payroll reports for accuracy and makes corrections or adjustments as necessary
Assists in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursements
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Complies with the Company's Quality Management System
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, any behavioral course or human resource development related course.
Preferably with minimum of 1-year related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Can work with minimal supervision
