ABOUT THE ROLE: HR ASSOCIATE
 
Duties & Responsibilities
It covers general Human Resource support and personnel services.
You will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of human resource functions including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel, employee services, and benefits, employee relations, providing assistance with performance appraisals and corrective actions, and ensuring Company personnel are well-informed of human resource policies and programs.
You will oversee the human resource information system, or employee database, maintain and update employee records, complete all reporting requirements, and ensure that Company records and reporting comply with the Philippine Labor Law's regulations.
You will updates job descriptions and assists with salary administration (timekeeping & workforce check) processes. Likewise, you will handle HR Timekeeping (biometrics) and Payroll system entry.
Provides assistance to area personnel on training programs, benefits management, and other human resource concerns.
Preferably a licensed nurse but not necessary
Manages the clinic and other help programs for the company
Health and safety officer of El Mar Resort
Required Qualifications:
A graduate of AB/ BS Psychology, BS HRDM, BS in Nursing, or any related degree programs.
Proficient in MS Office Applications and Google
Has 1-2 work experience in HR Operations as HR Associate
Knowledgeable in industrial psychology or human resource management and PH Labor Code
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Versatile and Keen attention to details
Lives near Sogod, Cebu.
