At least 1 year experience in all major facets of Human Resource.

Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, BS HRM or any 4-year course related to HRM/ Personnel Management or equivalent.

Computer literate
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good planning and priority-setting skills.
Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of Employee Relations and Employee engagement.
Initiates full support in the implementation of Company Guidelines, Memorandum and other tasks given without delay.
Answers employee's queries from external and internal customers.
Submits report on time.
Exhibits independence with less supervision.
Other duties that may arise from time to time.
