We are looking for an HR Associate/Company Nurse!
 
Qualifications:
At least 80% PNLE Board rating is an advantage
Active PRC License
BOSH training certificate (preferred)
Comprehensive knowledge on RA 11058, DO198, and OSH standard (preferred)
Previous experience working in Human Resources
Willing to work under pressure
Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to details
Good organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide basic healthcare needs to the company’s employees including administering first aid when needed
Administer prescribed medication and treatment; as some employees need to have medication and/or treatment that needs to be administered during working hours
Organise employee annual physical examinations and make sure that the schedules work out for all employees
Raise healthcare awareness by making recommendations to improve the health of the employees
Report on employee health during meetings with the upper management
Maintains pertinent documents and important data for employee 201 file and third-party contracts
Maintains and process enrolment and deletion from HMO provider
Spearhead the Family Welfare Program
Conduct employee orientation
Explain employee benefits
Respond to HR-related queries within the company
Assists in day to day operation of the HR functions and duties
