JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibility:
Conducts final review of candidates' qualifications and requirements prior to deployment
Schedule new employees for pre-deployment orientation
Monitors new, active and inactive members per client and submits periodic report to the Members Records thru the ASM (maybe himself).
Receives and prepares deductions summary such as uniforms, variances, losses and advances of members for submission to Accounting.
Required Skills and Qualification:
Earned a Bachelors/College Degree in Psychology or any business related course
At least 1 year of experience on client & employee relations management
Knowledge in using MS Application
Good communication skills
