Position: Hr Assistant (s) (For Makati and for Trece Martires City)
Address: 9775 Kamagong Street, Brgy. San Antonio, Makati City/ Governor's Drive, Brgy. Lapidario, Trece Martices City, Cavite
Core Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administravtive support.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Deal with employee request regarding human resources concerns, issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Assist in handling complaints and grievance procedures.
Coordinate communication with candiates and schedule interviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Basic knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent organization skills.
Strong communication skilss.
Knowledge in Ms Operations, Google Workspace.
