Responsibilities:
Assist department heads in the implementation of the Company Policies.
Sourcing, screening and placement of required positions, including documentation & tracking of employment or movements of hired personnel.
Coordination with agency partners and headhunters for manpower requirements.
Coordination with government agencies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE, BIR) in the registration, updating and processing of statutory benefits.
Requirements:
A graduate of any Human Resources or Industrial Psychology courses.
With at least 1 year to 2 years of related work experience.
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Possess integrity and employee maturity in handling confidential information.
Must be keen to details, organized and can multi-task
Effective customer relations and interpersonal skills.
