HR ASSISTANT
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR functions
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR lead
Update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepares report relating to personnel activities
Properly handle complaints and grievances procedures
Assist with Recruitment; Sourcing and Hiring
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
With experience working as an HR Assistant
Extensive experience with HR functions [HR Pillars]
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Close attention to details and take notes
Positive with a learning attitude
Ability to hustle
Computer adept
