JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- In-charge of preparing and submission of Daily Time Record (DTR) of all employees
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Psychology or related field
- Proven experience as HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Proficient in using MS Office and excellent typing skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- To be assigned and work on-site at Bagac, Bataan
