Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
Has at least 6 months to 1 year general HR experience
Possesses good communication skills, both oral and written
Able to work with minimum supervision
Has good decision-making skills, organized, and computer savvy
Tasks and Responsibilities:
In-charge of sourcing, recruitment, and on-boarding procedures
Process government contributions and benefits of employees
In-charge of timekeeping for payroll
organize company events and activities (training, outings, parties, etc)
disseminate memos, disciplinary actions, and other pertinent documents
Other admin and clerical work
Job Type: Full-time
 
Salary: From Php12,000.00 - Php15, 0000.00 per month
