Job Description
Responsibility
Helps create, manage, and maintain digital HR content, including training materials, presentations, online courses, and other digital assets by working closely with HR team members and business unit counterparts to support the company's talent development efforts.
Tasks
Helps develop and maintain digital content libraries, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible
Prepares storyboards of all materials which will be converted to digital content.
Executes conversion of approved storyboards into digital content using recommended and available tools (such as but not limited to Adobe Captivate, Canva and Toonly.).
Subjects rendered materials into testing, debugging, and quality control prior to release in live environment.
Enhances digital content based on evaluation of team members and consolidated feedback from target customer
Stays up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital content development and share insights with the broader HR team
Supports the team in all digital and HR technology initiatives (such as but not limited to uploading of templates and updating program details in the systems)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in digital content development
Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
With the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
