Key Requirements & Job Description:
Graduate of BS Psychology or any behavioral science course
With work experience of at least three years in corporate setting in any industry though exposure in healthcare/medical industry is a plus.
Responsible for over-all assistance in all areas of Human Resources particularly in recruitment & selection, social responsibility awareness, administration of benefits, and employee relations.
Ensures effective implementation of all government and company-granted benefits to employees; Promotes productivity of employees through coordinating of training programs to achieve high level of productivity.
Effectively implements company policies and procedures, ensures harmonious relationship with people, and safe keeps all personnel and confidential records.
Knowledge of standard office policies and practices/interviewing and coaching & counseling skills.
Knowledge in using MS Office applications/Computer literate Skills/Qualifications.
Above average communication skills (oral and written)
With ability to relate well to people of all levels
With an "I Can" attitude
Can start asap and with available requirements on hand.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
