HR ASSISTANT
 
We are looking for an experienced HR assistant to join our team. If your are team oriented, communication centric and want a fast paced modern workplace. Come help and assist in the functions of the Human Resource department including administering pay, benefits, and leave, and compliance of company policies and practices. You will assist HR manager to supervise the day-to-day operations of the HR team to ensure a high level of productivity.
 
Responsibilities
Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
Assisting managers with staff requirements.
Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding
performance issues, training, and career growth.
Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, BS/BA Human Resource
Management, or sufficient exposure to HR functions.
Minimum of 3 years of HR working experience.
Ability to develop & deliver HR strategies in a fast-paced business environment.
Possess leadership qualities to lead & motivate a team, interact with all levels within the company
Have a strong background in handling company policy.
Professional level in verbal & written communication skills.
Willing to multi-task & can handle work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of all government statutory requirements/ compensation & benefits.
