Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR-related tasks such as recruitment, training, payroll & compensation, employee discipline and relations
Maintains, checks and update employee data in HR database
Address employees concerns or grievances
Act as liaison officer between company & government representative
Minimum Requirements
Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any business-related course
Values respect and confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time-management skills
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Proactive and able to deal with different levels of position inside and outside organization
