Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
The HR Assistant will support the team in achieving its Training and Organizational Development (OD) goals and objectives; and represent the department with full integrity while performing Training and OD functions.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management
- Knowledgeable in the creation, conduct, and evaluation of training programs
- Well-versed in using Google Workspace softwares, visual editing software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.), audio/video editing software's.
- Skillful in facilitating, both with live face-to-face audience and distanced/digital methods.
- People-oriented, strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
