1. Conducts sourcing, scheduling of interviews, initial screening, checking preferences
and organizing background checks of possible applicants.
2. Conducts general orientation of the company rules and regulations and timekeeping
procedures of newly hired employees.
3. Checking of pre- employment requirements and encoding of general information of
newly hired applicants.
4. Checks Agency billings Billing Statements. Coordinates with Agency payroll
department regarding corrections/ revision of the Billing Statements.
5. Coordinates and Issued/disseminate essential documents/memos to Superintendent,
Project Manager, Supervisors and PLGDI /project employees.
6. Prepares the attendance monitoring and summary (pre-payroll preparation) for PLGDI
contracted employees. Checks overtimes/ leave of absences of PLGDI employees.
Monitors the attendance of personnel from Agencies.
7. Monitors/prepares request of forms needed by the PLGDI employees such as leave of
absence form, OT authorization form, gate pass and other personnel forms.
8. Updates Service Incentive Leave of PLGDI Direct hire- personnel.
9. Filing/updating and maintains HR records/files.
10. Performs other duties which maybe be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Accountability for mistakes and errors, Learning, Recruiting, Human Resources
