The HR Assistant shall be responsible for HR Operations initiatives and activities in Aboitiz Power Corporation. The HR Assistant will assist the team in managing the recruitment, onboarding, engagements, and retention operations. The role will also focus in establishing a pleasant and remarkable experience to new hires and current employees with the supervision of the HR Manager of HR Operations.
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Dev't, or any related course
Proficient in Google Suite/MS Excel/MS Office
Experience in making communication materials via Canva
With at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
