· Responsible for providing service and advice to assigned account/s in the area of Human Resources and Administration specifically in the following functions:
Ø Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Placement
Ø Payroll and Benefits Administration
Ø Employee and Labor Relations
Ø Compensation Management
Ø Human Resources Information System
Ø Organization Development
Ø Training and Development
Ø Administrative Services
· Responsible for ensuring that HR policies, procedures and other established operating standards are consistently implemented and meet the current strategic needs of the Business in coordination with respective HR Account-in-Charge in the Division HR.
