QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management is an advantage
Preferably with experience as an HR/Admin coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
Knowledge on human resources processes and best practices
Strong ability in using MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organizational and time management skills
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team's agenda
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Apply, monitor and renew office documents and licenses
Issue Notices in accordance of Company Code of Conduct and Labor Code of the Philippines
Assist in providing payroll information by collecting time sheets and attendance records
Assist in compensation and mandatory benefits administration and record keeping
Carries out assigned works from the management from time to time
