Job description
Responsible in performing HR functions as per advice by the HR Head
Monitor employees' performance evaluation
Plan, post, schedule and facilitate possible applicants
Filled in vacancies on specific period of time.
Facilitate orientation and endorsement to their respective outlet or dep't
Implement, monitor outgoing Memos and observe due process
Ensure that newly hired employees understand the policies and employment contracts
Resolves conflict through Administrative procedures and conducts employees counselling if necessary
Conduct exit interview and ensure last pay calculations and quitclaim and understood and signed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or any related course
1 year experience will be considered an advantage
Excellent Communications Skills (verbal/written)
Time Management
Excellent decision making skills
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Record keeping Skills
