HR ASSISTANT - TRAINING
(Work Base: Compostela Cebu)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize training needs
Develop and plan courses and learning events in close cooperation with departments and course providers
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Development Management
Knowledge and experience in Training and Development and other facets of HR is an advantage
With good interpersonal skills;
Excellent in oral and written communication;
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
