HR ASSISTANT / STAFF
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
At least six (6) months experience as HR Staff
Can work with less supervision
With basic knowledge on labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills
Has knowledge on the processing of government mandated forms and requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Department Heads.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) of their 201 file.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
Assist in payroll by disseminating pays slip to each department.
Communicate with employees in routing company memorandums.
Properly handle issuances of memos to erring employee.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Administers applicant exams and requirements. 
Filling of salary loans, and updating Payroll master for the reimbursements and release of Sickness, Maternity and other government benefits.
Sees to the upkeep and maintenance of personnel office and locker rooms
