JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track attendance and productivity of online staff
- Maintain performance metrics and data sheets
- Compile regular work reports for online and offline staff
- Assist management with staff evaluations
- Participate in investigations of workplace issues
- Calculate and issue performance bonuses
- Perform other HR related duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Studies, Administration, Management, HR Management, Psychology or any MINT subject or equivalent
