Job Qualification:
-MUST BE A GRADUATE OF ANY 4 YEARS COURSE RELATED TO HUMAN RESOURCES, EDUCATION, PSYCHOLOGY.
-AT LEAST A YEAR OF EXPERIENCE HANDLING PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT IS AN ADVANTAGE BUT FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
-MUST KNOW TO BE WELL-ORGANIZED (IN PHYSICAL AND VIRTUAL FILES).
-MUST KNOW HOW TO READ AND ANALYZE DATA AND PRODUCE NARRATIVE REPORTS.
-PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT APPLICATIONS (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-EXCELLENT INTRAPERSONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
