JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process payroll of all employees of assigned business units
Do enrollment of employees to all government mandatory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, & Pag-Ibig)
Monitor cash advances of all employees and forward to accounting for the release
Prepare and submit monthly reports to SSS, Pag-Ibig, & PhilHealth
Process 13th month pay and other additional statutory benefits
Assist HR Recruitment when needed
Perform reports needed by the immediate Supervisor and Head of Department
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Candidate must be willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
