Job Summary
The HR Assistant Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and administration of all major human resource programs and functions at the organization, including recruitment, employee relations and engagement, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal process, training and development in conjunction with supervisors, benefits administration, safety and employee services.
Job Responsibilities
Assume management responsibility for assigned services and activities of the Human Resources Division including recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, workers compensation, employee benefits administration, employee relations, training and compliance.
Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; recommend, within departmental policy, appropriate service and staffing levels.
Plan, direct, coordinate and review the work plan for human resources staff; assign work activities, projects and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR-related areas
At least 4 years of strong HR experience in Philippines.
Exposure in one or more HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll.
Solid knowledge and prior experience in change and project management at the HR and organisational levels.
Good knowledge of local labour legislation.
Comfortable working in a fast paced multicultural team environment
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
