Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Psychology or equivalent.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Must specialize in Recruitment, Employee/ Labor relations, Training and Development and HR Admin
Must have effective leadership and collaboration skills
Must have a good knowledge in Labor Law
Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
Must be willing to be island based
