HR ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
Participating in recruitment efforts
Responsible for pre-employment examinations
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Preparing new employee files
Assisting in the orientation of new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 6 month of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Exposure in end-to end recruitment process is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills with good interpersonal relations, including an ability to present insights and recommendations
Highly analytical skills with problem solving capability
Must have excellent multi-tasking ability, a sense of urgency, keen attention to details, organized, resourceful, and good sense of judgment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
