₱ 16,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Handle the recruitment from Managerial to staff level
Handle employee relations such as grievances
Maintain the HQ reportorial as to weekly report, HR Monthly Report, and Manpower Cost Report
Handle the G-HR and Solarium System
Maintain and update the Databank
Preparation of appointment letter, job offer, cert. of employment, company ID, Tool of trades, and other pertinent documents in Recruitment
Maintain the 201 files of employees from Managers to staff level
Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by the immediate superior
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Psychology
Preferably with at least 1-3 years working experience in the field of Human Resources
Keen to details, proactive, good at problem-solving, have initiative and positive outlook
Good in written and oral communication
Note: 1 vacant only, Can start asap, preferably male, Salary range: Up to Php 16,000
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
