- Must be a college graduate in BS in Psychology and BS in Human Resource Management
- Atleast 2 years experience and skills in payroll, compensation & benefits management
- With extensive knowledge in processing government remittances
- Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures
- Process and monitor leaves, claims, reimbursement or request
- Has wide knowledge & experience in SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, HMO and Insurance transactions and procedures
- Highly creative, self-initiative, exhibits adeptness in dealing with numbers and keen to details
