JOB DESCRIPTION
Objectives of this Role
1.Recruitment
Ensures that all avenues are exhausted in sourcing for candidates.
Manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
Conducts background check of candidates to be hired for probationary status. Ensures that background check results are available and the same were reviewed by the HR Supervisor prior to boarding of candidates.
2. Employee Relations
Encodes relevant employee data in the employee masterlist
Maintains accurate headcount report, closely coordinating with Recruitment Section.
Attends to IR / ER concerns
Conducts further investigation report based on Incident Report / Audit findings
Ensures that policies are uniformly and consistently enforced / applied.
4. Labor Relations
Prepare necessary labor related documents. And submit them based on schedule.
Helps the HR Supervisor in all DOLE related concerns
JOB QUALIFICATION
Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
