BMG Outsourcing Inc is searching for an HR and Recruitment Officer. The successful applicant will join an Australian-owned, multi-award-winning, global company that provides innovative healthcare solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and delivery of recruitment plan, strategies and activities to meet current and future business requirements
Drive the end to end recruitment and selection process that includes conducting job evaluation, advertising, interviewing, preparing relevant selection documentation, and undertaking reference checks and ensuring that employment contracts are accurately prepared
Explore the market best practices in recruitment and workforce planning and implement appropriate best practices in the organisation
Build and manage a quality relationship with recruitment agencies
Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organisation in coordination with the Marketing and Communications team.
Provide accurate and timely advice to managers and key stakeholders on industrial relations, employment legislation, employment contracts and industrial instruments
Assist in the implementation of Culture and Performance policies and procedures
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally by providing professional customer service, support and assistance on all Culture and Performance matters.
Support performance management systems and processes by assisting managers in delivering appropriate constructive feedback for career and development discussions, and performance and disciplinary discussions
Assist the business in managing complaints by the client's policy and guidelines.
Support managers in conducting a workplace investigation and assist in the implementation of identified outcomes or actions
Support the annual performance review and development process including position reviews and benchmarking for the remuneration review process
Contribute to the Culture and Performance reporting metrics
Assist in workforce planning and change management activities and initiatives
Carry out administrative duties to support new starters, onboarding, employee records keeping and any other administrative tasks
Undertake other duties as reasonably required.
Job Qualifications:
3 years of working experience in Recruitment / HR related functions in a BPO company
Ability to interpret and apply industrial and employment legislation, regulations, industrial awards and guidelines
demonstrated experience in successfully applying human resource principles in the workplace
client management and stakeholder engagement experience
excellent written and oral communication skills
knowledge of the healthcare industry
workplace investigations experience.

Team oriented, dedicated, reliable, responsible and a team player
Well developed, detail orientated organization skills
With high-level attention to details
Good time and task management skills
