Job Description
Administrative:
Preparation and processing of endorsement letters to CPIP (Calamba Premiere International Park) for all visitors, agency personnel, vendors and contractors.
Preparation of Purchase Request (PR) for all HR and Admin related transactions such as office supplies, equipment, and refreshments.
Responsible for monitoring the utilities activities and attendance
Responsible for monitoring and inventory of office supplies and consumables for cleaning, sanitation, disinfection and PPEs.
Responsible for clinic management such as medical supplies, equipment and coordinating with the company physician and nurse.
Responsible for preparation of daily shuttle schedules and coordination with the vendor and employees.
Events:
Responsible for the preparation of logistics for the events
Coordination of the requirements with the suppliers
L&D:
Assists in the consolidation of training attendees and preparation of logistics for training.
Conducts New Hire Orientation - Company Profile for Agency Personnel
Manpower Agency Management:
Daily monitoring of the attendance of agency personnel
Onboarding of Agency Personnel and hand-over for Skills Training
Creation of Temporary pass to all agency personnel, contractors, vendors and suppliers
Responsible for monitoring the Attendance and Performance Monitoring of Seasonal Manpower Agencies
Ensuring On-time Billing submission
Requirements
Bachelor degree or higher in human resources management or related field
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
Preferably with experience in warehouse/logistics or large scale organization
Preferably with experience in managing vendors and other third party partners
Meticulous and organised, able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
