The role is meant to cover end to end HR function for our growing team and office administration. Experience on recruitment, maintenance and retention is preferred. Our team is less than 15 persons.
Previous or current experience in the Finance/Banking/Investment/Lending industry is a plus
Execute the recruitment process - this may include writing job descriptions, posting and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
Carry out new starter inductions.
Manage talent and succession planning.
Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.
Update HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
Implement learning and development policy.
Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.
Administration/Office Management
Manage and oversee the office assistant work - signature and mail coordination, canvas, travel arrangments
Greet ARQ guests/visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff
Provide administrative support to requirements of the owners
Execute on government filings as trained
