Qualifications :
Graduate of BS Business Administration major Human Resource Development Management or Psychology.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience as HR Officer or equivalent
Able to administer compensation and benefit plans
Able to aid employees in various HR-related inquiries such as leaves and compensation
Able to address and manage any HR related problems that may come up or may be raised by employees
Able to maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Able to ensure compliance with labor regulations
Able to administer disciplinary actions.
Knowledge in Quality Management System is an advantage
Able to multitask and flexible.
Can start immediately.
The HR Officer will be overseeing the following:
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
More over, the HR Officer will also be involved in the following HR activities and programs:
Recruiting necessary full and part time employees needed by the company.
Reviewing and Rewarding: employee assessments, compensation and incentives.
Retooling: training and development of employees' knowledge and skills.
Routing: employee pathing in the company,
Responsible for talent acquisition, position mapping, manpower planning, hiring and selection process.
Manage conferences with employees, resolving employee-employee or employer-employee related issues, and counseling.
Handle Labor Compliance and responsible in issuance of NTE and execution of Disciplinary Action.
