Summary of essential job functions
The HRAD Manager plans, organizes, manages and controls all activities related to administrative, employment, benefits, employee relations, personnel policies implementation, record maintenance and general human resources services of the company.

KEY RESULT AREAS ADMINISTRATIVE
Direct, control and co‐ordinate the activities of a range of diverse administrative or staff functions, including finance, human resources, information technology, planning, supply or other corporate services.
Specific accountabilities, direct and oversee the efficient operation of allocated functions such as finance, human resources, information technology, planning, supply, transport, financial, legal and public relations, taking account of the organization's operating environment.
Provide advice and assistance to senior executives in operating divisions through specialized. service departments or functions. Participate in the determination of corporate plans, budgets, workforce development plans and management policy and approach.
Ensure records and reports required by the Chairman, Chief Executive, Board of Directors and shareholders are prepared in an appropriate form and on a timely basis.
Direct and plan appropriate changes in staffing and reporting relationships within the area; and control the selection and training of administrative staff
Make policy decisions and accept responsibility for operations, performance of staff, achievement of targets and adherence to budgets, standards and procedures.
Depending on the functional areas controlled by the position, some or all of the following accountabilities may apply: Direct corporate planning and development activities to ensure achievement of organization objectives. Prepare and monitor plans and advise the Chief Executive and/or Board of changes necessary to achieve business objectives.
Direct and maintain a corporate workforce plan and initiate appropriate action in relation to the organization's optimum use and development of employees.
Ensure the organization's purchasing activity is conducted effectively to optimize resource use, minimize costs and efficiency of supply, warehousing and distribution functions.
Develop and manage the organization's public relations/corporate affairs activities to improve public understanding of the organization's objectives and achievements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures the effective and efficient implementation of all area HR functions & activities according to operating policies and guidelines:
Timely and efficient timekeeping and accurate payroll processing for all personnel.
Monitor the enforcement of company policies and implementation of appropriate actions to be taken for non-compliance
Facilitates and coordinates with Business Unit the administrative processing of disciplinary cases
Leads in various employee relation activities to develop company culture and motivate personnel
Ensures the accurate processing of employee benefits
Ensures the timely recruitment and deployment of personnel according to the approved lead time
Manages manpower plantilla of the company and coordinates with the different sections/departments to ensure productivity
Facilitates the deliberation of the performance evaluation of store personnel ensuring that this is fair and objective
Facilitates, coordinates or conducts basic training
2. Sees to it that all employees under his/her supervision are operating efficiently, effectively and harmoniously.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate: Business Management, Psychology or related courses
At least 3 years working experience preferably as HR Head / Manager.
