HR AND ADMIN IN CHARGE
Qualifications:
Graduate Bachelor of Science in Psychology or other related courses
With at least one (1) year experience as HR/Admin staff
Skills:
Written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude
Flexibility
Word processing skills
Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
Calendaring skills
Presentation skills
Administrative writing and reporting skills
Organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Performs all hiring and recruitment activities
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
Responsible in processing the membership of the newly – hired employees (SSS, Phil-Health, Health Care, Pag-ibig, BIR 1902 & 2305)
Monitor & Update 201 files and all Company requirements of all Employee
Has experience/knowlegde on Labor Laws
Salary Range: Php13,000.00 to Php20,000.00
Work schedule: Monday to Friday
