Position:
The primary purpose of the HR Admin Assistant is to support all internal and external HR related admin tasks. It involves maintaining hard copies and digital personnel records (201 files), managing HR documents and attending to employee HR related queries. It also involves answering and processing of employee requests and providing assistance to statutory benefit claims. It also involves execution and submission of labor-related compliances or reports to DOLE as prescribed by corporate lawyers, and ensuring that none of the HR processes would be adversely impacted due to non-compliance or labor requirements. Also supporting management in the execution of safety and wellness programs.
General Duties:
Provide administrative support for HR executives.
Organise, compile, update company employee records and documentation.
Maintain human resource records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Prepare and submit labor requirements as advised by legal and based on HR best practices and in anticipation of needed actions.
Answering all audit requests, ensuring HR data integrity and accuracy, run reports, and maintain Personnel Inventory data.
Employee Database Management and Record Keeping.
Create reports for senior management.
Employee Queries:
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues such as statutory benefit claims and other internal HR processes.
Receives and processes request for Certificate of Employment for clearance of HR head.
Processes clearance of resigned employees.
Safety and Wellness:
Ensure that Occupational Safety and Health Standards are exercised and complied.
Others:
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of Outsourced Doers.
Knowledge:
Knowledge in Labor Standards and HR best practices
HRIS working knowledge and experience
Knowledge and ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software

Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resource
Experience in working for a company with over 1,000 employees (BPO experience is a plus)
Human Resource experience in handling multi-city company location is a plus
