Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation, holidays, personal or sick days for employees. Ensure time sheets and payroll concerns are submitted and received in the head office on time to issue accurate payroll adjustments. Initiate in job posting in any job portal platforms or any recruitment strategy Conduct a good interview skill and counseling skill to employee or applicant Responsible in conducting New Employment Orientation for the staff Proper monitoring of documentary requirements of the employee (201 file handling) Create good and harmonious engagement for employee to employer Capable of multitasking, planning and organizing details while communicating effectively with co-workers and employees Attend meetings and inform employees on information that helps prepare for future issues related to payroll discrepancies.
