HR / ADMIN STAFFS (NIGHT SHIFT)
 
Job Description:
Maintains weekly/daily report requested by Top Management
Keeps track of write up & memos of employees
Keeps track of daily time records of employees
Assists in maintaining of employees' file
Assists employees in processing of application of bank atm card & government data
Prepare reports needed by HR department
Ad hoc jobs
Assist in filing & monitoring monthly government reports
Prepare minutes of meeting whenever it is required
Conducts employee orientations
Manages Employee’s 201 File.
Responds to HR-related queries within the company
Manages HMO related tasks.
Qualifications:                                                                                                                                        
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Management, Human Resource, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply   
Highly motivated with good working attitude and pleasing personality
Good in keeping records and can work in a minimum supervision
Good verbal and written English communications skills and must be knowledgeable in MS Applications (Excel & Word).
Has strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Can Start as soon as possible.
No attendance issue
Must be willing to work during graveyard shifts.
