HR / ADMIN STAFF
Qualifications:
Graduated with Bachelor's degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course
With at least 1-2 years of work experience in a fast pace work environment
Excellent knowledge of all HR Functions (payroll, compensation and benefits, time keeping , recruitment, employee relations, manpower management , documentations and the like)
In-depth knowledge of DOLE Labor Code
Attention to details and a ble to maintain confidential information
Good communication skills both oral and written
Can write memo and impose disciplinary actions
Computer and office equipment literate
Strong personality, patience, honest and trustworthy
Can work with less supervision and multitasking
Can start ASAP
