HR / ADMIN STAFF
We are seeking a HR PERSONNEL to join our team. We value your ability to think independently, propose innovative solutions, and manage HR tasks with confidence and initiative. You will support the company's HR operations across multiple markets, working closely with senior management to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening applicants
Coordinate job fair participation
Conduct background investigation of short-listed/newly-hired employees
Conduct employee orientation prior to placement with concerned departments.
Any other task that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a Degree in Business Administration.
Willing to be trained/can start ASAP!
No experience needed.

Location: 563 Maharlika Village, Bulacao, Talisay City, Cebu (this office is just our temporary office)
