Description
+ Prepare and compute payroll in timely and accurate submission;
+ Prepare and process government mandatory benefits,
+ Process the Employees loans and other documentations related to Government reports,
+ Manage all recruitment needs,
+ Develop and administer progressive discipline policy and procedures,
+ Develop and implement policies, programs and procedures related to employee relations,
+ Prepare and process visa and other related docs of Foreign employees,
+ Compiling and update employee records,
+ Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
