JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinates calendar management tasks such as scheduling meetings, rescheduling meetings, and confirming meetings.
Creates and posts job ads on various job posting sites and platforms.
Actively seeks out qualified candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, and referrals.
Extends the job offers to the selected candidates and negotiates salary and benefit packages.
Reviews resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the basic qualifications for the position.
Conducts reference checks on top candidates to verify their work history, qualifications, and character.
Schedules and facilitates assessments, then coordinates the results with the recruitment team.
Prepares CVs and correspondence to be forwarded to clients regarding suitable applicants. Assists with onboarding duties to help new staff during the transition process.
Performs additional administrative tasks, such as online research and data entry, as requested.
Writes and distributes email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Collates and files accurate employee records.
Remains updated with current employment legislation and regulations and enforces them within the company.
Maintains contact lists and other relevant company spreadsheets.
Develops and implements employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, increase employee satisfaction and retention, and improve overall productivity.
All other admin tasks as required by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS KNOWLEDGE OF THE PHILIPPINE LABOR LAW OR BASIC EMPLOYMENT LAW IS A MUST
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION IS A MUST
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Recruitment/ Admin Staff or a similar role. Efficient and can work under minimal supervision.
Team Player and Problem solver.
Computer savvy and resourceful.
Able to self-train/learn.
Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization.
Enthusiastic and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
Basic marketing skills is a plus Honest, punctual, results oriented and reliable With positive attitude and takes criticisms objectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to get along with a team and work with diverse groups. Effective communicator to make sure people know what you mean and avoid loss of time through miscommunications.
