HR & ADMIN OFFICER - For DAVAO
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any Behavioral course and/or its equivalent.
Must have at least 1 year of work experience in all facets of Human Resources.
Must be well-versed in Philippine Labor Laws.
Registered Psychometrician is an advantage, but not necessary.
Knowledge of HRIS or its equivalent is an advantage.
Must be proactive, analytical, organized, and very keen on details.
Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with all personalities in the organization.
Must have a good disposition and strong work ethic.
