Job Qualification
o Bachelor degree in Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Human Resource Management or related (essential)
o 2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor (essential)
o Keen knowledge of the Philippine Labor Law
o Practiced in Standard Payroll System
o Experienced in Handling Government Mandatory Processes
o Advance Written & Verbal Communication ability
o Highly computer literate

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
o Leading Recruitment Activities
o Coordinates all stages of the hiring process, including posting job opening, reviewing and screening application, conduct interview, and on boarding new employees.
o Manage Employee Relations
o Address employee conflict and complete investigation as required. Work with management to administer employee disciplinary or corrective action needed. Assess employee engagement and retention, actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.
o Plan & Hold Training Events
o Plan and execute Training for employee on company policies & benefits, etc. Coordinate with the Training Officer.
o Manage Payroll
o Secure that all employees will receive accurate Salary every cut off. Check attendance record daily for absences, late, Sick Leave, Vacation Leave etc. Correct computation of Employees deductions and additional pay such as holidays, overtime, rest day work, etc. Submit report to accounting.
o Mandated Government Processes
o Manages & processes company contribution reports, assist employees concern related to government contributions, loans and other needs
o Others:
o Support all internal & external HR related inquiries or requests.
o Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
o Serve as point of contract with benefit vendor and administrations
o Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
o Maintain calendar of the HR management team
o Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documents
o Assist with performance management procedure
o Schedule meetings, interview, HR events and maintain agendas.
o Coordinates training sessions and seminars.
o Perform orientations and updates record of new staff.
o Produce and submit report on general HR activity.
o Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
o Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
o Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Experience:
o 5 years or more experience in HR Management
o 2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor (essential)
Education:
o Bachelor degree in Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Human Resource Management or related (essential)
