HR / ADMIN HEAD
 
Basic Function:
This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance in all areas of HR management and supporting the accomplishment of the department by recruiting, developing, motivating and maintaining a competent workforce.
 
Scope:
Human Resource Programs
a. Assist management in developing and administering human resource policies, programs and procedures.
b. Interprets management policies for proper implementation in all levels of the company as well as channel concerns to proper authorities.
c. Assists Department Heads and Supervisors in implementing policies and procedures.
d. Reviews policies and procedures regularly and recommends changes as needed.
Acquisition of Human Resources
a. Develop recruitment, screening, selection and placement policies and procedures in coordination with the other departments.
b. Assists the Department Head in ensuring that positions are manned with competent staff by hiring competent employees.
c. Maintains a complete record system of all humans of the entire organization.
d. Maintains adequate human resources at all times for the entire organization.
Maintenance
a. Formulates, recommends and evaluates policies and practices regarding employee welfare: health, safety, insurance, security, benefits, etc.
b. Recommends and administers performance evaluation tools in coordination with the Department Heads.
c. Coordinates / confers with Department Heads and Management regarding employee complaints and grievances.
d. Conducts exit interviews and makes recommendations regarding labor turnover.
General Responsibilities:
a. Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
b. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures to achieve the overallobjectives of this position.
c. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
d. At all time, project a favourable image to the public.
e. Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
