Human Resources Generalist Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruiting and staffing logistics.
Organizational and space planning.
Performance management and improvement systems.
Organization development.
Regulatory compliance and reporting.
Employee orientation, development, and training.
Policy development and documentation
Qualification:
Graduate of Psychology and has HR admin/generalist experience
At least 1-2 years of Human resource exposure
Excellent communication skills
Has knowledge of government/DOLE updates
Flexible to assist the owner with other requirements
Team-player
