Position Summary
The HR Admin Support Clerk will provide administrative assistance to the HR department, ensuring smooth operations by managing key processes such as document management, employee records, and HR correspondence. This role is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
· Administrative Support: Assist in daily HR functions, including preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations.
· Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Recruitment Assistance: Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records.
· Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding processes, including preparing welcome materials and ensuring new hire paperwork is complete.
· Benefits Administration: Support HR in tracking and managing employee benefits inquiries and updates.
· General Office Duties: Manage office supplies, handle incoming communications, and perform other clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
o Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Benefits:
