About the Role
 
We are looking for an HR & Admin Associate who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role combines office management, procurement, logistics, HR assistance, and some accounting and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide office management including supplies, facilities, and maintenance coordination
Handle procurement and vendor coordination for office needs and equipment
Manage logistics for deliveries, shipments, and company assets
Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening, and interview scheduling
Support employee onboarding and documentation
Handle petty cash monitoring and reimbursements
Maintain and organize company files and records (digital and physical)
Support compliance with government and company administrative requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Office Management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
